9-12 Dawson Street

The redevelopment of the architecturally important 9-12 Dawson Street was carried out with the consideration of existing features to create a 6-story office block with services to suit office requirements into the future.

NGS Mechanical were delighted to be appointed as the MEP contractor for the project and were responsible for the shell & core installation followed by the CAT A/CAT B Fit Out.
